Darksiders II Review

Our own Romudeth has just completed a review of Darksiders 2 for STFUandPlay.com here is a taste.

Humanity is no more. Wiped out by a prematurely initiated Armageddon, the only salvation for Mankind lies with the Grim Reaper himself: Death. The Pale Rider’s fellow Horseman, War has been accused of this crime and if Death can resurrect Mankind, then perhaps his brother’s innocence will be recognized by both Heaven and Hell. This is the ambitious set up for the equally ambitious game, Darksiders II. The original Darksiders was a buffet table of various video game genres that were all distilled into one incredibly cohesive and enjoyable experience but Darksiders II takes what was already in place and adds even more variety into the mix.

Hello kiddies, CoolStuff here. We would like to proudly announce that our own Romudeth has gone to the next level. He is now currently a writer and editor for stfuandplay.com. Some of you may see this as a bad thing for Cool Stuff seeing as he was our top contributor.  We assure you that Romudeth will continue to have a hand in Cool Stuff as it’s Chief Editor. This role is a bit more behind the scenes but we all feel it is the best due to Romudeth’s growing schedule at STFUandPlay and it is critical to keeping the quality and standards we strive for here Cool Stuff.

It’s been fun but this will be the last week were we post Daily Metals.  We’re doing this as a way to streamline the site and to avoid the dreaded “Wall of Metal” that happens when there is nothing to post and the front page ends up being nothing but Daily Metal.  But don’t fret.  Now with Daily Metal gone we’ll step up our Metal love in other ways like album, dvd and live show reviews as well as opinion pieces about what is happening in the world of Metal and some band spot lights.
