Rockstar has finally shown the world what the cover art to the upcoming detective story L.A. Noire will be. The game is supposed to be a gritty depiction of the life of an L.A. Detective in the late 1940s so it’s very interesting how colorful the box art actually is.
Rockstar games always have some of the best covers around. In a sea of cover art where it’s just CG models, it’s nice to see art that is painted or at least has the look of something that is painted. Very. Freakin’. Sweet.
Oh yeah, here’s the Xbox 360 cover art. Same thing, just more Xboxy.
L.A. Noire will be released for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 on May 17th.
