I’ve never played the original American McGee’s Alice game but the sequel Alice: Madness returns has my attention. It’s cool how they portray Alice as a madwoman and how twisted and deranged Wonderland and it’s denizens look. The game will mix hack n slash style action with platforming segments and puzzles. All of this coupled with incredible art direction makes this a game to look out for. Check out the trailer after the jump.
Alice: Madness returns will be released on the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 on June 14th. If you buy the game new you will get a free copy of the original American McGee’s Alice. As Alice was originally a PC exclusive I wonder if it’s getting ported over for the consoles. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
